INTRODUCTION

Blue Bell Country Club Community Association is a gated community comprised of 849 town, carriage and single family residences in 14 ‘village’ neighborhoods, surrounding a private country club golf course.

Blue Bell Country Club Community Association has received the coveted rating of GOLD STAR COMMUNITY as designated by CAI - Community Associations Institute, PA Delaware Valley Chapter.

The residences and golf course were constructed during a period beginning in 1995 and extending through the early 2000s, when the last residences were completed.  The builder was Toll Brothers. The design of the facility includes:

3 villages of town homes, CANTERBURY, GLENEAGLES and MEDINAH.

3 villages of carriage (cluster) homes, BIRKDALE, SAWGRASS and ST. ANDREWS.

The remaining 8 villages of single family homes were designed and named by Toll Brothers as:

The Fairway Collection:  DORAL and INVERRARY;

The Master Collection:  INVERNESS; and

The Estate Homes Collection:  AUGUSTA, BAY HILL, MUIRFIELD, SPYGLASS and WILLOWBEND.
